 United Rehab Specialists enjoys an excellent relationship with a large number of Physicians and Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists. These healthcare providers are integral members of our clients' healthcare team. The healthcare team works closely with each other and the client to ensure that our mutual clients get the most clinically appropriate equipment to address their therapeutic needs and provide maximum functionality, comfort, and independence. URS values the relationship we have with each of these healthcare providers.

- Experience – Our staff of highly trained, knowledgeable ATP's bring more than 35 years of combined experience at each office.
- Certification – All of our Rehab Specialists are certified ATP's (Assistive Technology Professional) through RESNA or are directly supervised by an ATP preparing to become certified. Some are credentialed CRTS's (Certified Rehab Technology Supplier) through NRRTS.
- Technological Savvy – Our staff thinks "outside the box" and strives to create an individually matched system for each client. We do not subscribe to the "cookie cutter approach".
- Office Support Staff – Our office support staff is in the office ready to assist you with intakes, insurance verification, evaluation scheduling and service call set up during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Technical Support and Service – Our staff of highly trained, experienced technicians are here to assist your patient's with technical support and service calls during normal business hours. We have more technicians than the majority of our competitors.
- Education – Staying on top of current legislation and new product launches requires dedication and the provision of resources to lead the pack when it comes to technology. Our staff is normally seen at industry trade shows, conferences, symposiums and continuing education classes around Texas, Canada and the United States. This information could mean the difference between having a solution for your patient or not.

- Insurance Contracts – We carry the majority of the Private Insurance Contracts in the state of Texas and also some out of state carriers. We are experts at Medicare and Medicaid funding and billing. We also pride ourselves in our persistence to acquire funding for medically necessary equipment, even after denials and/or appeals are received. No one has more experience in Fair Hearings than URS.
